The portfolio is built and operated by Troy Duffy, an Instrumentation Technologist, Master Electrician, and Real Estate Investor with a hands-on approach to renovations, maintenance, and asset management.
Our goal is simple: provide reliable, well-maintained homes for great tenants while building durable, long-term wealth through conservative leverage and strong cash-flowing assets.
